These terms govern your enrollment, participation, and use of our services. By registering with OMATH Truck Driving School, you agree to the following conditions.
Students must provide accurate personal and contact information during registration. Applicants must meet the minimum age and health requirements for practical training, and any special medical or accessibility needs should be disclosed before onboarding.
All training fees, form fees, and certification charges are payable as stated on our website or during registration. Fees are due before the commencement of training unless a separate payment arrangement has been approved by OMATH Truck Driving School.
Students are expected to attend classes and practical sessions punctually and follow all instructions from our instructors. Safety rules must be observed at all times. Any misconduct that threatens the safety of participants or staff may result in removal from the training program.
Certificates and completion records are issued only after successful completion of required assessments and payment of all outstanding charges. OMATH reserves the right to withhold certification where attendance, conduct, or payment requirements have not been met.
A student who cancels before the training begins may be eligible for a partial refund depending on the stage of registration and any administrative costs incurred. Refunds are not available after training has commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing by OMATH Truck Driving School.
OMATH Truck Driving School will make every reasonable effort to provide quality training, but we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our programs.
